After wrapping a successful beta on the Asian and European servers of ArcheAge, Trion Worlds is now taking the game out to the beach. On July 4th, ArcheAge is making its way to the beach of Thailand for a limited time. The developer has teamed up with local publisher Bigpoint to bring ArcheAge players an all-new experience on the beachfront. Fans of the game can escape to the Thai beach to experience a new end-game world filled with sand and surf. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Today we’re going to be focusing on one of ArcheAge’s upcoming features – sand and surf. These two elements come together in a way that will change the way you play ArcheAge. The sand is a world-class performance feature that provides a great place to camp while exploring new lands. The sand itself is beautiful and makes a great home for many players to build their homes or to craft their gear. The sunsets over the sand will be breathtaking, and the waves will provide a great place for PvP battles.
Both versions of ArcheAge encourage players to take a break from their regular routine of annihilating species to relax and tan on the beach. It’s the Blue Salt Festival, and it’s not just a bunch of fun and games – it’s a bunch of fun, games, and prizes.
“Heroes, it’s that time of year again, when we relax on the beach, make sand sculptures, and punch unusually big beach monsters in the face with a chicken! Do you have a chicken in your hand? That’s how we do things in ArcheAge!”
