The end of the year is almost here, and it’s sad to say that the newest addition to the Playstation 4’s roster, the Playstation Worlds, will not be released as planned. A few months ago the game was released to the public, and it was met with a pretty good response. Now, it looks like Sony won’t be able to get the game finished in time for the holidays.
It has been a long time coming but on Monday Betawatch: New World was finally released. It was an interesting twist on the usual MMO’s that we have all become accustomed to, but it certainly didn’t impress me. There were number of things that hampered the game, the first being the graphics. The island of Peliacan looked like the final chapter in an early PS1 title. The game also suffered from some graphical bugs, which was a shame, since those were the only thing keeping me hooked to the game.
It was expected that the release date for the new game in the Betawatch series would be revealed by now, but the audience is still waiting. What exactly is it? Another delay in the New World? Okay, look, people, it’s no longer amusing. This game had been postponed so many times that we all anticipated it to happen, and even then, it was intended to be a joke rather than a real event. Seriously, you need to simply launch at some point! At the very least, it’ll only last until September.
