The Elder Scrolls Online will be getting the Waking Flame update next week, giving players a new zone to explore, as well as new quests, features and items. The update is available to ESO Plus subscribers in advance, while everyone else will be able to grab the update on August 23. The new update will also bring with it the end of the PvP season and the start of the Battlegrounds season.

Anyway, we now have the release dates for the next part of the ESO content: Monday, August 23, for PC, Mac and Stadia, and Tuesday, August 31. August, for the consoles.
The announcement offers a brief look at the Flame of Awakening DLC, which will take players through two new dungeons in the form of the Cave of Dread and the Bastion of Red Petals. Update 31 promises players bug fixes, quality of life and performance improvements, such as an in-game email response feature, as well as new houses, furniture and homes in the in-game Crown Shop.
If you want to know what to expect and provide feedback on what works and what doesn’t, everything is already available on the PTS, along with a healthy set of patch notes detailing new outfit styles and colors, new items added to the Worthy Reward, and the inclusion of proc sets that fail in the No-CP Cyrodiil and Imperial City PvP campaigns, among other things.
